Cooking classes and gastronomic weekend

Frederic Galland  restaurant PARCOURS (omnämnda i Guide Michelin)

Together with Restaurant Parcours in Falicon (listed in Guide Michelin) and their chef Frederic Galland, we are happy to propose weekend cooking classes (groups of min 6-8 people).





The program for these gastronomic classes :

On the Friday there can be a wine tasting or a session around some other product - olive oil for example.

  • On Saturday we meet at 16.00 in the kitchen of Parcours in Falicon. There is a menu to prepare and around 8pm you will sit down to be served what has been prepared during the afternoon, accompanied by matching wines from the cellar.


The idea is to work in a relaxed ambiance offering both knowledge and pleasure. Then it's just to bring the receipies home and impress friends and family wito your knowledge and abilities.



Price idee/couple (2 person) : Euro 690

Accommodation 2 nights, cooking classes Friday and Saturday, all food and wine included.
