Matlagningskurs - gastronomisk helg

I samarbete med restaurant PARCOURS (omnämnda i Guide Michelin) och deras kökschef Frederic GALLAND, organiserar vi matlagningskurser för våra gäster. Kurserna halls for min 6-8 deltagare.

Kurserna ãr upplagda enligt följande program:

På lördagen träffas vi igen kl 16.00 i köket på restaurant Parcours i Falicon. En meny ska prepareras och kring kl 20.00 sitter vi så ner i salen och blir serverade vad vi gemensamt tillagat under eftermiddagen, åtföljt av passande viner.

Mojlighet finns att t ex pa fredagskvallen ordna en vin provning eller nagot annat tema som kan intressera.

Tanken är att i en avslappnad atmosfär och under sakkunnig ledning laga mat tillsammans och avnjuta densamma under trivsamma former. Sedan är det bara att ta med recepten hem och imponera bland vänner och bekanta med de nyvunna färdigheterna.

Pris ide per par (2 personer): Euro 690

Inkvartering 2 nätter, matlagningskurs fredag och lördag, mat och dryck inkluderat. Priserna kan variera beroende pa tema och individuella upplagg.

Kook les - gastronomisch week-end

In partnership met het restaurant le Parcours (referenceerd in de Michelin gids) en zijn chef Frederic Galland, organiseren wij training cessions.

Het programma van de gastronomische WE kan als volgs zijn :

Frijdag van af 4 Uur, bij ons in La Parare, kook les onder leiding van Frederic Galland waar wij een een 3 cours menu voor bereiden. S'avonds gezellig eten van wat voorbereid is met open haard vuur en ter plaatse slapen...
Dit kan ook verplaats worden door wine tastings van locale wijnen, Bordeaux, Bourgognes en Champagne met een sommelier. We kunnen ook iets leuks doen om de olijf Olie.
Zaterdag: van af 4 uur, in de keukens van het Restaurant Le Parcours, prepareren van een andere 3 cours maaltijd met onze chef. Tegen 8 uur genieten van wat we geprepareerd hebben met een schitterend uitzicht over Nice. De gerechten worden genoten met bij passende wijnen. Na het eten, terug naar La Parare.

Deze prestatie kan als thema een van de seizoenen hebben, en ord in een studieuse maar ontspannen en ludieke sfeer gedaan,

Cooking classes and gastronomic weekend

Together with Restaurant Parcours in Falicon (listed in Guide Michelin) and their chef Frederic Galland, we are happy to propose weekend cooking classes (groups of min 6-8 people).

The program for these gastronomic classes :

On the Friday there can be a wine tasting or a session around some other product - olive oil for example.

On Saturday we meet at 16.00 in the kitchen of Parcours in Falicon. There is a menu to prepare and around 8pm you will sit down to be served what has been prepared during the afternoon, accompanied by matching wines from the cellar.

The idea is to work in a relaxed ambiance offering both knowledge and pleasure. Then it's just to bring the receipies home and impress friends and family wito your knowledge and abilities.

Price idee/couple (2 person) : Euro 690

Accommodation 2 nights, cooking classes Friday and Saturday, all food and wine included.

Stages de cuisine et week-end gastronomique cet automne

En partenariat avec le restaurant PARCOURS (référencé au Guide Michelin) et son Chef de cuisine Frédéric GALLAND, nous organisons des stages de cuisine (groupes de 6-8 personnes).

Voici un example de programme:

le samedi, à partir de 16 heures, dans les cuisines du Restaurant PARCOURS, preparation entre, plat, dessert et nouvelles recettes. Vers 20 heures, dégustation en salle des trois plats réalisés, avec un accord mets et vins.
Si vous voulez, c'est possible to organiser un degustation de vin ou de l'huile d'olive ou un autre theme qui peut vous tenter.

Ces ateliers de cuisine se dérouleront sur un thème de saison, dans une ambiance détendue, tant studieuse que ludique.

Prix sur demande
Le forfait comprend l'hébergement 2 nuits avec petit dejeuner, degustation et cours de cuisine vendredi et samedi et restauration boissons comprises.
